The online complaint form is to notify the board of serious issues to which you feel they should be aware of. Please remember that board members and coaches are volunteers. We do have a process for issue resolution. Before filling out this form, please work through the channels as listed below. Thank you.
Issue Resolution Process:
1. The issue should be communicated to the player's Head Coach in a respectful manner. (MVGSA recommends waiting until the following day, before communicating the issue to allow emotions from interfering with issue resolution.)
2. If the issue is not resolved with the Head Coach, then the issue should be communicated to the appropriate division’s vice president (DVP) in a respectful manner. DVP information can be found on our website.
3. If the issue is not resolved with the appropriate DVP, then the issue should be communicated using this online form to the MVGSA Conduct Committee. The Board will communicate with the appropriate parties involved in a closed session meeting, if deemed necessary, to resolve the issue at hand.
All comments are private and personal information will not be released to anyone beyond the MVGSA Conduct Committee and Board of Directors.
