SENIOR SCHOLARSHIP

Open to current or former MVGSA high school senior players graduating in 2027 or earlier. Applications close September 15.

Applicants must not hold a full-ride scholarship from another organization. To qualify, submit:

01Personal essay — your goals, ambitions, and need for the scholarship

02Two letters of recommendation — one from a high school teacher, one from a non-family source

03Minimum 3.0 GPA — include high school transcripts

04Eight regular seasons with MVGSA — All-Star and Select seasons do not count

05List of community service — awards, honors, and achievements

ABOUT THE PROGRAM

MVGSA Select is our competitive program — advanced development, tournaments, and higher-level play.

01 What It Entails

Competitive Play

Teams in the Select program often compete in tournaments or friendlies against other Select teams, providing players with exposure to higher levels of competition.

02 Plan Ahead

Additional Costs

TravelFamilies should expect some travel for tournaments or friendlies, which may result in additional costs.

Tournament FeesEntry and umpire fees for additional tournaments or friendlies are shared among team members.

Team SponsorshipEach team is responsible for obtaining one $250 team sponsorship.
